I would like to take the time to express my gratitude to you and your colleagues at the surgery for all of the help you have provided.
I recently brought my daughter to see you after being advised to have her referred to an Orthodontist and was extremely pleased with the response I have received from you and your colleagues.
In the past I have taken my child to see an Orthodontist clinic in Northwood as it is local to our Dentist. After I had numerous bad experiences with the staff and dental advice, I took it upon myself to find a new Orthodontist. It was then that I discovered your website which I found incredibly simple to work around, easy to understand and informative on NHS and private work.

Dear Katrina and Steve,

We would just like to express our thanks for the wonderful job you've done on re-aligning our son Elliott's teeth, and the standard and level of care you have given throughout his treatment.  We, and he, are absolutely delighted with the results.
As you know, we were referred to you, following a first referral within Luton.  We were not happy with the approach and attitude of the Luton practice and despite the inconvenience of having to travel further afield to you for appointments have been happy to do so because the level of service and professionalism of your practice have been faultless.
Our daughter, who too had orthodontic work, has also commented on the difference between the care and advice she received locally and that given by you to our son.
