Invisalign® is a brace made up of clear trays that are called aligners. The aligners are inserted over the teeth and they straighten the teeth gradually as you change them in sequence every two weeks.
How are they made?
The first step to Invisalign is to see an Orthodontist for a consultation. During the visit, the Orthodontist will assess whether your teeth are suitable- some are better treated with fixed braces instead.
Impressions
Accurate imprints of your teeth are are sent to the Invisalign lab for scanning. The Invisalign technician will straighten the teeth in sequence using animated software known as clincheck. Once the Orthodontist is happy with the sequence it will be authorised for manufacturing and Invisalign will send the aligners to the clinic within about four weeks.

Treatment is usually performed on a non-extraction basis.

Invisalign cost will vary from £2500 for minor corrections to £4980 for more complicated problems. The fee also includes fixed and removable retainers and aftercare. We offer an interest-free instalment plan to make the treatment affordable to our patients.
