Retainers

1. A removable retainer is lost

Call for an appointment. A new impression will be taken and we will fit a replacement within a week. A charge will apply.

2. A removable retainer is broken

Please call for an appointment. An impression will be taken with the retainer in the mouth, if the retainer can be repaired, . We will fit the repaired appliance within a week. An impression will be taken for a new one if it cannot be repaired and a charge will apply.

3. The removable retainer does not fit

Call for an appointment. If we cannot make it fit because you haven't been wearing it as instructed, then it will have to be replaced and a charge will apply.

4. A fixed retainer is broken

Call for an appointment to have the retainer replaced or repaired . A charge may apply. Continue wearing your removable retainer in the meantime.
