Pendulum Appliance

A Pendulum appliance is custom-made and placed behind the upper teeth, over the roof of the mouth. It helps push molar teeth backwards, and it can create a large amount space using special springs.

It usually takes around 8 months to work properly. The teeth are later straightened using braces.
