Invisalign

1. An aligner is broken or lost

Try to wear the next aligner in the series if you have it. Use your aligner-chew to press it into position. If it does not appear to fit then wear the previous aligner in the series.

Book an appointment to see us as soon as possible so that we can check. If we have to replace the missing aligner a charge may apply.

2. An aligner does not fit or is too tight

Try and wear the previous aligner an extra week. Thereafter, try to wear the next aligner again. Book an appointment to see us if the issue persists. 

3. Lost aligners

Contact us for an appointment. We will need to order replacements if you have lost a number of aligners. A fee may apply.

4. An attachment has come off a tooth

Attachments are made from tooth-colored material that is glued to the teeth. Please contact us for an appointment to replace the missing attachment. Continue to wear your current aligner in the meantime.
