It is normal
to experience sore teeth during the treatment.
It is also normal that the teeth become loose- it's the
only way that they will move. Teeth will
usually be tender for about a week after each visit
to adjust the brace. Take a painkiller to
help and continue to chew as normal. If you
have severe pain and more than a week has gone by-
