In the past I have taken my child to see an Orthodontist clinic in Northwood as it is local to our Dentist. After I had numerous bad experiences with the staff and dental advice, I took it upon myself to find a new Orthodontist. Your receptionist, Emma, was particularly helpful in finding appointments and booking in my three chlidren at short notice. To be offered times and dates, at my convenience is something that I have never experienced before in the ‘Orthodontic world’.

As a 30 something getting braces – I was nervous and worried as to whether it would be worthwhile. I had a fantastic experience at this practice and was delighted with results. As you know, we were referred to you, following a first referral within Luton. We were not happy with the approach and attitude of the Luton practice and despite the inconvenience of having to travel further afield to you for appointments have been happy to do so because the level of service and professionalism of your practice have been faultless.
